PAYMENT POLICY FOR LIQUIDATION PALLET ORDERS

orlivex.store provides secure online checkout for liquidation pallets, overstock merchandise, returns, wholesale lots, and related bulk inventory.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

The payment options currently available to you are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal when enabled.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payment must be successfully authorized before a liquidation pallet order can be processed. Your order is not confirmed until checkout is completed and you receive an order confirmation.

CURRENCY

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

SHIPPING AND FREIGHT CHARGES

Liquidation pallets can require parcel, freight, or special delivery service depending on their size, weight, and destination. Any shipping amount shown at checkout becomes part of the order total. If a separate freight quote is required, contact us before placing the order.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the delivery address and relevant requirements.

ORDER VERIFICATION

To protect customers and prevent fraud, we may request verification for high-value or unusual pallet orders before shipment. Never send full card details by email or telephone.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a payment is declined, confirm that the billing details are correct or contact your payment provider before trying again. Do not place repeated orders if you are unsure whether the first payment succeeded; contact support for assistance.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Payment information is handled by Shopify's secure checkout and its supported payment providers. orlivex.store does not receive or store your complete card number.
